Try this again?

I'm going to apply again, and see what happens. After the previous fiasco, I won't be holding my breath, recruiting or adjusting my gameplay in any way. If it works, it works, and I'll decide what to do about it then. Maybe start recruiting again or whatever.

Looks like another batch about to be put in the game. We should be in that one. If not, then I'm not bothering my hole with it again.

HR 6999 (Though gave Tata and Paegliani as alternatives because it seems some get rejected due to unsuitable systems).

Not particularly original I know. But wanted to keep it as free of limitations as possible. Sort of a "do whatever the fuck you want faction". Plus after the last fiasco, wasn't going to put a heap of thought into it.
